DeskVexa data

The current build stores DeskVexa workspace data using Chrome extension storage. If Chrome Sync is enabled, Chrome may sync that data across browsers signed into the user's Google account.

The current DeskVexa build states that it does not send workspace data to a DeskVexa-owned server.

Chrome permissions

Storage: used to save DeskVexa data.

Tabs: used for features such as saving current tabs, working with open tabs and switching to tabs.

Tab Groups: used for features that show, rename, close and save Chrome tab groups.

Bookmarks: is optional and is requested when the user chooses to import selected bookmark folders.

External resources used by the current build

The extension currently documents use of Google Fonts, Google's favicon service and an optional TradingView ticker. The favicon service receives domain names of saved links so favicons can be displayed. The TradingView resource is used for the optional ticker widget.

This pre-launch website

The website package supplied here is static and does not include analytics, advertising scripts, account registration or a working contact/notification form.

Before public release

The final published privacy policy should be checked against the exact Chrome Web Store build, its permissions, any hosting or analytics that may later be added to the website, and any support/contact system introduced before launch.
